Leadership Jeffco 2025 Class Kicks Off with Focus on Community and Connection

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo., December 11, 2025 — Leadership Jeffco’s 2025 class is underway, bringing together a diverse group of leaders from across Jefferson County to strengthen connections, build skills, and explore the county’s most pressing issues.

The program, led by Director Tyson Noeth and supported by Gregg Vanourek of Gregg Vanourek LLC, engages participants in interactive learning and meaningful discussions with community leaders on leadership and development. In the coming months, the class will focus on topics such as organizational foundations, leadership versatility, and sustained high performance, and will visit Jeffco institutions such as the West Metro Fire Department, Warren Tech, Lockheed Martin, and the Colorado School of Mines.

The 2025 class represents a cross-section of Jefferson County, with participants from business, education, healthcare, nonprofit, and government sectors.
