Leadership Jeffco Class

Established in 1985, Leadership Jeffco has cultivated over 1,000 leaders across private, non-profit, and government sectors in Jefferson County, marking four decades of building a community-focused network. The program combines education, hands-on learning, and networking to promote personal growth and community involvement. Aspiring leaders are invited to join and further the legacy of transformative leadership in Jefferson County.

Key Program Details

  • Application Window: May 1 to May 31
  • Participation Fee: $1,750, covering retreat, meals, and session amenities.
  • Inaugural Retreat: Mandatory Participation (August 22nd & 23rd)
  • Class Days: First Wednesday monthly, from September to May, with special dates in January (8th) and March (12th)
  • Locations: Key organizations making an impact throughout Jefferson County
